Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.
You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.
If products are in stock they will normally be despatched within 3 working days of accepting your order and after despatch should arrive within 2 – 10 business days depending on your location, longer for International orders.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-despatch fee. Subject to our Returns Policy, freight charges paid for the original despatch are not refundable.
Delivery within Australia
We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. Australia Post deliver during normal business hours. If you are not at home when the goods are delivered, Australia Post will leave a card informing you of how to collect your goods at a specified location during normal business hours or to arrange a suitable re-delivery time.
If at Checkout you give "Authority To Leave" your parcel if not home, a signature is not required on delivery and your package will be left at a suitable place at your delivery address. If the Australia Post contract driver cannot identify a suitable place to leave your package and deems the goods will not be secure if left, your package will be delivered to the post office for collection and a card will be left.
Delivery to PO Boxes is only available to Australian deliveries.
Standard Delivery is charged at a flat fee of:
- $9.95 for all deliveries within NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD & SA
- $14.95 for all deliveries within WA, TAS & NT
Delivery outside Australia
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes outside Australia, therefore a residential or business address is required.
Delivery is provided by DHL or DSV couriers. If you are not at home when the goods are delivered, our couriers will leave a card.
COVID-19 New Zealand Delivery Update
Our delivery partner DHL Express has been confirmed by Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE) as an essential service provider. Under the essential businesses list on the New Zealand Government Website, DHL Express is identified within the ‘Transport and Logistics’ category, providing logistics and courier services, hence our supply chain remains open. During the level 4 alert, only businesses that are deemed essential by the New Zealand government can operate. As it is goes beyond our expertise to define specific essential items, our customers are advised to view the official Covid-19 Government Website for further information.
Delivery is charged at a flat fee as follows
$29.95 for all deliveries to New Zealand
$49.95 for all deliveries to the following countries:
Asia – All countries (other than China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan and Taiwan where we are unable to deliver)
Europe – All countries (other than Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine where we are unable to deliver)
Rest of world - All countries (other than Brazil, Egypt, Israel, and Nigeria where we are unable to deliver)
The product prices quoted on our website are the same for both Australian and overseas customers. We do not adjust the prices for GST and you are responsible for any local tax, charges or custom duties.
Customs and Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to local tax, charges and customs duties. Any such costs and associated fees, if applicable, will be charged once the goods reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the goods. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned and we cannot be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
